D. MACHINE:
1. The device for edge position: can measure the edge of flange and web before assembling.
2. Flange guide roller: For assembling, this is set on the front roll table to guide smoothly the flange plate unto the machine in right position by meter, which can measure the position of the guide roller.
3. The digital readout displays for flange (front/rear) position: can easy to read the position of flange (front/rear), by the screw motor and encorder.
4. Web pressing side roller: These are set on the inner side of the column to keep the web plate from warping.
5. The digital readout displays for web (front/rear) position: can easy to read the position of web (front/rear) by the screw motor and encorder.
6. Automatic Track co2 welding Device: for co2 spot welding, welding length be varied at discretion
7. Driving roller: drive lower roll and upper roll can hold the flange plate and the web plate.
8. The digital readout displays for travel speed: can easy to read and adjustment the speed.
9. Upper roll: can move and press the web to the flange by hydraulic system
