Introduction Solid Acrylic Resin
Description

AC100 is a solid grade thermoplastic acrylic resin widely used in interior and exterior paints, UV coating and ink.

It have these following characteristics : good solubility at room temperature in aromatic and polar solvent, fast solvent release, good chemical resistance.

Solubility

 It also permits wider latitude in formulating in solvents that are
suitable for specific applications.
 It can be dissolved in Isopropanol, toluene, xylene, selected
esters, acetone, and methyl ethylketone.
 It is not soluble in alcohols and aliphatic hydrocarbons as
the sole solvent.

 Good adhesion to OPP fim
 Good compatibility with cross-linking monomer
 Fast solvent release
 Imparts good weatherability
 Exhibits outstanding color acceptance
 Narrow molecular weight dispersion
