Key Features

SESNET (Simplified Electroslag Welding Process with Non-consumable Elevating Tip) is a high-efficiency welding process in which a non-consumable nozzle, which is used to guide the electrode, is designed to elevate automatically as welding progresses. The SESNET process is highly efficient and saves on labor costs. It is most effective when it is used to weld, short joints in steel skeletons and industrial machines.
The SESNET welding machine is equipped with a nozzle oscillator, and can be applied to work pieces as thick as 65 mm.

FEATURES
A. A single weld pass of a fine – diameter solid wire guided by the non-consumable nozzle provides very efficient welding work.(Deposition rate :140g/min)
B. The use of the type B nozzle oscillator makes it possible to weld plates between 16mm and 65mm thick. (The type A oscillator can be used for plates that are between 16mm-50mm thick.)
C. Easy to operate. The nozzle automatically moves upward in accordance with the preset welding current. Therefore, one operator can handle more than two machines at a time. This substantially reduces the work load on operators.
