Fully automatic packing machine for roll film

1. From printing manufacturing date-->cutting-->primary sealing-->bag feeding-->weighing-->filling-->secondary sealing-->complete packing. PLC system controls all process to improve packing efficiency and quality.
2. Pneumatic system is used for safe operation and easy maintenance.
3. Depending on weight of product package, multiple settings can be saved in memory. Users are allowed to set their own upper and lower limits. The machine provides display of accumulated weights and number of bags packed for easy operations.
4. Sealing and cutting positions are closely controlled by automatic sensors for precision bag making.
5. Integrate vacuum machine to be fully auto packing and vacuum production line.
6. Automatic detection is provided for malfunction indication and troubleshooting is automatically shown on human-machine interface.
