Introduction The Sun link sea High Mountain Tea’s winter tea is picked in the October of the Chinese Lunar Calendar while spring tea is picked in May. As the area is shrouded in clouds and mists all year round, the long growing times produces soft buds and fleshy leaves that are high in pectics. The tealeaves are therefore a bright vivid green that when brewed give a rich, smooth, strong and lively drink. The tea itself has an elegant fragrance with a golden honey green color. These tealeaves are also good for repeated steeping.
