Introduction These unique and patented 125kHz RFID tags and readers enable tag information to be read and written through metal. The through-metal feature means that tags can be hermetically sealed inside metal parts such as surgical instruments, sterilizers, construction forms, automation, weapons, and similar devices that must withstand harsh environments. MBBS tags can resist high temperatures and pressures (240°C, 2000 bar), acids, chemicals and similar conditions where other tags would fail.
