Characteristic:

3.Outside the box heat preservation material quality uses the date system high-level heat preservation cotton and kapok,six heat preservations break the heat,the radio station surface temperature is low；saves the energy high efficiency blast structure specially.

The temperature range 50~300℃,500℃ specification may order separately the system .

Use:
Uses the sufficient nitrogen to provide roasting of space the nonoxidation, guaranteed that the product does not oxidize,is suitable in the IC seal, the wafer roasting, the coating system regulation…And so on each industrial application.
