Fully Auto Weighing and Packing Machine

1. Range of Packing Weight: 10kg~30kg
2. Packing Material: Granular material, like as rice, plastic pellet, coffee bean, grain and so on.
3. Pre-made single bag, Heat Seal bag's open
4. Process begins from picking up bags-->weighing-->filling-->sealing bags-->complete packing. PLC system controls all process for improvement of packaging efficiency and quality.
5. Automatic detection is provided for malfunction indication. The point of problem, in addition to troubleshooting, is automatically shown on the human-machine interface.
6. Depending on weight of product package, multiple settings can be saved in memory. Users are allowed to set their own upper and lower limits. The machine provides display of accumulated weights and number of bags packed for easy operation.
