Introduction Solar photovoltaic trainer is designed to study the solar photovoltaic principle, photovoltaic technique and solar power applications. The trainer is a fully functional standalone solar photovoltaic system consists of solar photovoltaic cell array panel, charge controller, inverter, battery and loads. With the study of working principle of each part, the trainer is practical for teaching, experiments and demonstration platform. The workflow of the system, first of all the solar photovoltaic cell array convert the solar irradiance energy into low DC voltage and the charge controller to charge the 12V battery and at the same instance the charge controller supply the electric to the inverter to convent DC 12V to AC 220V supply which is used by various loads.
